RAINBOW-NAC is aware that within our society and the scope of hetero-, homo, bi, intersexuality as well as trans* various models of lifestyle and partnerships are being lived.
RAINBOW-NAC is essentially open for everyone interested. At the same time, RAINBOW-NAC guides itself using the following definitions by current Christian moral values, and in consideration of how these unfold within the New Apostolic faith.
Heterosexuality
Heterosexuality defines the emotional alignment and orientation of a human to partners of the opposite sex. This relates primarily to the emotional and social bond and includes sexuality as well, which as such is instinctive.
Marriage/Partnership
A marriage or partnership is a God intended, under his blessing coming relationship of two persons - of the same or opposite sex - bound for a lifetime. It sets the foundation for a family. It is based on the free volition of both partners and publicly sworn fidelity. Mutual love and faithfulness are imperative for the success of a marriage or partnership. The blessing of God is a precious basic element for the marriage, partnership and family.
Bisexuality
Bisexuality defines the emotional alignment and orientation of a human to partners of both sexes. This relates primarily to the emotional and social bond and includes sexuality as well, which as such is instinctive.
Intersexuality

Homosexuality
Homosexuality defines the emotional alignment and orientation of a human to partners of the same sex. This relates primarily to the emotional and social bond and includes sexuality as well, which as such is instinctive.
Identities based on this are defined as gay or lesbian.
Sexuality in marriage and partnerships
Sexuality in marriage and partnership should be characterized by appreciation and sensitivity. When mutual consent and love are at the fore, sexuality is an important link that strengthens the marital or partner-like union, and contribute to the wellbeing of both partners. Likewise, sexuality in marriage and partnership is conducive of the continuance of humanity. Family planning is a concern of the partners.
Transgender
Transgender is often described as the permanent inner certainty to be of the opposite gender than that born with. Part of it is the rejection of physical characteristics and role expectations associated to the congenital gender. Transgender people usually have the desire to take on the physical characteristics of the identity gender as much as possible through hormone treatment and gender reassignment surgery. They want to live socially and juridically accepted in the desired gender role.
